Our Training

Care America HomeCARE Services provides training or continuing education programs appropriate to every employee’s responsibilities. We ensure that employees delivering client care are provided with opportunities to develop and expand their knowledge appropriate to their responsibilities.

We at Care America HomeCARE believes that maintenance of skills is necessary for our caregivers to care for our Care America HomeCARE Services’ clients. 

Our training topics are compliant with the State of California requirements which include but not limited to safety training including:

  1. Basic Health and Safety Trainings
  2. Infection Control 
  3. Emergency Procedures
  4. Providing for and Responding to a Client’s Daily Living Needs 
  5. Reporting, Preventing, Detecting Abuse and Neglect
  6. Assisting a Client with Personal Hygiene and Other Home Care Services

Prior to rendering any services, a care manager will come to the patient to prepare a Plan of Care. This is our opportunity to understand their needs, put them at ease and eliminate undue stress and aggravation. The interactions are carefully documented and translated as instructions to caregivers. We are committed to provide only the skilled compassionate caregivers.
